Chris’ experience includes:
General Manager Retail Facts, where he was responsible for all financials of the business unit which delivered an end to end shopper experience measurement service including auditing, mystery shopping and customer satisfaction surveys. Specialising in developing research briefs for data collection, analysing data on pricing, on-shelf availability, store environment, store service and execution. Clients included Woolworths, Aldi, Red Bull and various adhoc projects.
Client Service Director Melbourne Synovate Aztec, (now IRI Aztec), responsible for revenue, client relationships and the client service team. Specialising in data analysis, market trends, category management, efficient range assortment, promotional elasticity, promotional planning, trade spend analysis. Clients included Fonterra, PZ Cussons, Unilever, L’Oreal, Heinz, Kraft, Simplot.
Cadbury Schweppes Trade Information and Systems Manager responsible for trade market information and systems across the sales and marketing teams, including sales data systems & space management.
